VERY FRUSTRATING! My wife is ticked off because she feels the system is totally unreliable.ĥ) I have tried everthing short of spending hours on the telephone to try to fix the issue through forums, web searches, etc. Constant blue screen crashes (seems to be related to Norton 360, still trying to figure that one out), won't take certain Window updates, and now this with anytime upgrade. I have NEVER been as frustrated with a Microsoft product as I have been with Windows 7. 1) The PC came pre-installed with an activated version of Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit.Ģ) I purchased at BestBuy the Windows 7 Professional 64 bit upgrade.ģ) Tried the Anytime Upgrdae with the right activation key for the correct upgrade product: I hava no go after the Key verification, "accept the license term" screen, click throught the "upgrade" button, move on to the "upgrade could take as few as ten minutes" message, then 2 minutes later BANG right to "Windows Anytime Upgrade was not successful" message.Ĥ) I have had PC's back to the MS-DOS 4.01 days followed by MS-DOS 5.0, Windows 3.0, Windows 3.1, Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows ME, Windows XP.
